The "Campaign Against Fraudulent Medical Research" has charged that
"the medical system has gone terribly wrong. The system has for many years
been taken over by the pharmaceutical drug industry." America is one of
the most vaccinated, drug-medicated nations on earth. It spends one
trillion dollars per year on "health care" and yet much of society suffers
from the results. It may be noted that this industry has not generally
been open or receptive to less profitable, less invasive natural methods
of treating disease.
While there has been much technological
progress in recent years, the system at large has failed to conquer the
major diseases which afflict society. Cancer, diabetes, heart disease,
epilepsy, etc., are still serious health threats. While many symptoms are
alleviated with conventional medical treatments, the disease is only
suppressed, the condition only masked temporarily. The body is not
cleansed, revitalized and freed from the disease, and the individual must
still cope with the dangerous, debilitating and painful side effects of
drug medication.
Hans Ruesch, author of The Great Medical Fraud,
makes this observation: "Since the all out drive of the Drug Trust for
drugging, vaccinating and serumizing the human system, the health of the
American nation has sharply declined, especially among children. Children
are now given 'shots' for this and 'shots' for that, when the only
safeguard known to science is a pure bloodstream, which can be obtained
only with clean air and wholesome food." Consider the following
"solutions" provided by the "system":
COMPULSORY VACCINATIONS
The drug industry has created the system of MANDATORY immunization
for every child in America, despite many damaging consequences to the
children. Do the profits to the pharmaceutical manufacturers outweigh the
health risks to our children?
"The general public is essentially
unaware of the true number of people (mostly children) who have been
permanently damaged or killed by vaccines. In fact, most parents would be
surprised to learn that the government has a computer database filled with
thousands of names of disabled and dead babies, children who were healthy
and alive just prior to receiving the vaccines."
VACCINES - A DEADLY SOLUTION:
"My dearest son, Spencer Joseph, died 10 hours after
receiving his 4th dose of DPT, HIB and oral polio vaccines. He was 20
months old. I knew Spencer was dead when I heard my husband wailing like
an animal. I grabbed Spencer's stiff and lifeless body and screamed, 'God,
No, not my baby! He can't be dead!' I administered CPR for 15 minutes,
pounded on his chest, and yelled, 'Come back, Spencer, come back, come
back!' Then I heard my father say over the phone to 911, 'We've got a dead
baby here.' Realization hit. I opened Spencer's eyes, and he was dead. I
then hugged his stiff body and emitted sounds I didn't know any human
being was capable of making. I cannot adequately express my horror, anger,
and ultimate suffering. My life turned upside down in one day, and each
day that goes by I look at as one day closer to death, one day closer to
Spencer.
"They told me the benefits outweigh the risks. What does
that really mean, and why are these people allowed to play God? After
educating myself further on vaccines, I realized I was lucky to have had
Spencer for as long as I did.
"Spencer's death certificate said,
'Sudden and Unexpected Death; No Cause Found.'
"Spencer was my
first and only child. My husband and I are completely devastated. I will
channel all of my anger and my ultimate, unconditional love for my
precious baby into this cause. No one should have to feel and know this
living nightmare.
"I am bound and determined to get the word out.
I WISH EVERY SECOND OF MY EXISTENCE THAT I WOULD HAVE KNOWN! Why did I
find out after the fact I am not in this for money? I'm in this to keep
anyone from living my desolation." ("Expose on Vaccination," Neil Miller,
1996).
This is just one of the thousands of cases which have
occurred in recent years, and the toll on human suffering is staggering!
Is the "health care industry" deaf to the cry of human anguish? Is the
medical profession blind to the obviously disastrous effects of these
vaccines on many infants and children? In 1986, after decades of death and
destruction to infants and young children, Congress finally passed the
National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. This law acknowledges the reality
of vaccine-caused injuries and death, and requires doctors to provide
parents with information about the benefits and risks of childhood
vaccinations PRIOR to vaccination. The law also requires doctors to report
any adverse reactions to federal health officials.
"Ideally,
doctors would abide by this federal law and report adverse events
following the administration of a vaccine. However, the FDA recently
acknowledged that 90 percent of doctors do not report vaccine reactions.
They are choosing to subvert this law by claiming the adverse event was,
in their opinion, not related to the shot. Nevertheless, in just
three-and-a-half years -- from July, 1990 to March,1994 -- more than
34,000 adverse events were reported. These figures include hundreds of
cases of irreversible brain damage and over 700 deaths. Considering that
these numbers represent just 10 percent, the true figures during this
period could be as high as 340,000 adverse events with about 7,000
deaths." ibid
CANCER SOLUTION?
With 25 years and
countless millions of dollars, what new and effective treatments has
research brought forth in the treatment of cancer?
A New York City
radio station aired a series of interviews entitled "Hidden Agendas", with
Gary Null and Dr. Ralph Moss. These men have spent many years
investigating the area of cancer politics. Excerpts from the interview
follow.
"There have been many individuals who have tried to focus
attention on WHY, in a country that claims that it is open to new ideas --
[in a country that] claims that it is willing to fund research in
innovative ways to look for an answer to both the cause and treatment for
this deadly legacy (cancer) -- that reality is different from the
rhetoric. And, indeed, it has been a closed shop. The media has been
woefully inadequate in covering both sides of the issue fairly and
objectively.
"I'm concerned about the fact that chemotherapy has
been used as the primary way of treating cancer and... that chemotherapy
has NOT been the magic panacea that it was promised to be. In point of
fact, the latest research, which is a major twenty-five-year retrospective
study and analysis shows that it has been a complete failure for all major
forms of cancer. In spite of that information, which was NOT widely
publicized, chemotherapy continues to be used, even when it's not
indicated. That is the subject on which I'd like... to focus: WHY
chemotherapy? WHY the way we're fighting the war? My concern is that the
very organizations, the institutions, the individuals who are conducting
the war on cancer are now the people who are conducting the war on AIDS.
AIDS CURE?
"We're looking at the very same tools used in
fighting cancer that are now being used in fighting AIDS. Here we're
offering highly toxic, immune-suppressive agents to people who have, by
definition, an immune-suppressed system. There seems to be something both
illogical and unreasonable in that equation." Dr. R. Moss.
This
would be deeply unfortunate if it involved only the vast sums of money
which are involved, however, the true cost has not been the countless
millions of dollars, but the countless human lives which have been
needlessly sacrificed and the untold immeasurable human pain and
suffering.
THE ATTACK ON NATURAL MEDICINE
Ever since
the pharmaceutical drug industry became involved in medical teaching,
non-drug approaches to health treatments have been relentlessly denied,
ridiculed and discredited - despite their many years of proven safety and
efficiency.
The undeclared war on natural medicine in America is
strongly backed by the Food and Drug Administration, the American Medical
Association and other powerful drug industry lobbyists. These
organizations are committed to the continued use of their highly
profitable, symptom-suppressing drug medications. These drugs can do
nothing to strengthen the body's immune system or to assist the body in
cleansing and healing itself.
Although the FDA purports to operate
with the consumer's safety in mind, they avoid any revelation of the
behavior of the medical and pharmaceutical industries - despite its
products injuring and killing thousands of people every year -preferring
instead to discredit, ban or restrict the sale of inexpensive and natural
food supplements, herbs and vitamins. Your freedom to choose whichever
form of medical treatment you want is in jeopardy. In response to the
growing public interest in natural medicine, there is a concerted attempt
in America to eliminate all competition to the profits of drug
manufacturers.
A joint commission of the United Nations and the
World Health Organization is slated to meet in Bonn, Germany to make
radical changes in the rules governing dietary supplements for member
nations. Consumers now face an ominous new threat in the proposals made by
the German delegation, called "Proposed Draft Guidelines for Dietary
Supplements." The German plan calls for the following:
- ) No
vitamin, mineral, herb, etc. can be sold for preventative or therapeutic
use;
- ) No supplement sold as a food can exceed potency (dosage) levels
set by the commission;
- ) Codex regulations for dietary supplements would
become binding - eliminating the escape clause within the General
Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) that allows a nation to set its own
standards, and
- ) All new dietary supplements would automatically be
banned unless they go through the Codex approval process. If these
measures are adopted, any party to GATT (e.g. the United States) which
does not accept the new standards can be heavily sanctioned (fined) by the
World Trade Organization. The WTO will have the right to levy enormous
fines on any nation that gets "out of line," with the potential to cripple
entire sectors of that nation's economy!
The sole U.S. delegate to
Codex has been Elizabeth A. Yetley, Ph.D., R.D., of the FDA. Responding to
political pressure in the United States, so far she has voted for health
freedom, but with little result -- at the last meeting the vote went 16-2
in favor of the German proposal!
Has the medical system failed?
Has it FALLEN from its high position of trust and honor as teacher and
guardian of the true principles of health and healing? Has it FALLEN into
the hands of those who have an unseen agenda for America and the world?
The Scriptures state that "Babylon (the system) IS FALLEN!.... The
businessmen of the earth have become rich with the wealth of her excessive
luxury.... Her crimes are piled up as high as heaven and God ... calls
them up for settlement....Your businessmen were the great and prominent
men of the earth, and by your poisonous charm ("MEDICATION, DRUGS,
PHARMACISTS OR POISONERS" - literal Greek definition), all nations were
led astray, seduced and deluded." Rev. 18:2,3,5,23.
